As recommended on BBC’s ‘The Truth About Sleep’ May 2017 where Insomniac Dr Michael Mosley investigated the best natural ways to get a good nights sleep.

    I have been taking golden greens inulin since August 2017. I was a very poor sleeper beforehand and woke up through the night a lot. I now sleep right through the night and wake up feeling really rested. If I do wake up I can go back to sleep, it’s amazing. I take a teaspoon of inulin in a warm drink half an hour before bedtime. My Mum who also suffered from insomnia has been taking it too and it has made a big difference to her also! Brilliant stuff!!
